How do I get my brand onto this online store?
Main priority is given to African brands/made from an African country. If it is, contact management for details
When does my order arrive?
In Uganda-Within Kampala, 12 hours maximum .Outside Kampala,7 days max
Can I change details of order once submitted?
If payment hasnt yet been made then yes you can
Incase product has an issue by time of reception contact us/ return product within 24hours otherwise return not possible .If product tags have been removed then the product cant be returned to us, If product has been altered after recption then it cant be returned.
Is it possible for ODM ?
Yes it is, for wholesale purchasing only.
How place wholesale purchase order?
Contact sales manager via email@example.com or respective brandsfor wholesale order inquiries
Who handles shipping arrangements ?
we can handle them (read shipping policies )or leave it to a logistics agencies under your instructions
Which payment methods are acceptable for wholesale purchases?
cash, T/T transfer, western union, visa and master card
How to confirm authenticity of company and production capacity?
we welcome our client trade community to fly in ; tour factories, inspect and cross check licenses and required information necessary to build trust
I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?
Due to high volumes of inquiries, it can take our customer service representatives up to 24 hours to respond. Sending multiple emails only delays yours and other peoples inquiries, please only email once.

Ngabi Apparel cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been delivered and tracked to the address that was provided.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs incurred by Ngabi. These fees are specific for the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package is delivered. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged to you.
